Dalgona Coffee and Milo + Macaroons Filipino Style

Hi guys! We tried making our own version of Dalgona Coffee and Dalgona Chocolate. Plus baking Macaroons Filipino Style šŸ˜‰

Macaroons Filipino Style Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • baking cups, baking tray

Preheat oven. Soften the butter. Add sugar to the butter. Mix. Add eggs. Mix well. Add vanilla extract. Add condensed milk. Mix then add desiccated coconut. Mix then add flour. Mix well. Scoop and fill half of the baking cup. Place in the oven for 15-20 mins at 120 deg C. Enjoy!
