Cooking session with Marshall - Pork softbones with mushroom

Cooking Session with Marshall – Pork Soft bones with Mushrooms

Posted on March 6, 2019March 18, 2019 by Mommy Jen

Hello guys! Kamusta?

Anong lunch nyo at dinner mamaya?

Tsk tsk! hehe!

Since wala naman kaming ibang family or relatives dito, ako halos gumagawa ng gawaing bahay, errands, budgetting, etc etc. As much as possible, tinutulungan naman ako ni Dada, pero most of the time ako na lalo na stay at home mom ako, for now.

Hello Tita Malou and Tito Wiljay! Thank you sa recipe na to! 😉

Pork soft bones with mushroom. 😉

Ingredients:
1 kg of pork soft bones
500 g of mushrooms
1 pork cube
1 can cream of mushroom

Buttermilk: mixed 1 cup milk plus 2 tbsp lemon (recipe from https://www.biggerbolderbaking.com/homemade-buttermilk/)

Tantya tantya: garlic, onions, bay leaves, salt, pepper, cooking oil

Instructions: Pakuluan yung soft bone with salt, pepper, bay leaves roughly 30-45 minutes. Pag malambot na, igisa with bawang, sibuyas. Idagdag yung mushroom then pork cubes. Pag lumambot na, lagay yung cream of mushroom, then buttermilk. Season with salt and pepper depending on your taste. Kain na! 😉
