Hello! Kamusta?
We’re revisiting this post since it’s a Sunday! Almost 3 years ago when we first visited St Mary Mackillop place in North Sydney. We miss going for mass here to pray for continuous blessings.
A lot of people are going here to pray for petitions and eventually the requests were granted. I am one of them! I prayed for a positive result for my IELTS, and to my surprise, it was given to me. 😉
Usually, we go to St Mary’s Cathedral to attend mass. But last May 2017, it was our first time to visit St Mary Mackillop church.
It was the anniversary of our friends so before heading to Chinese Garden, we first attended the mass.
We also noticed Filipino faces attending mass. Nakakatuwa pag may nakabatian ng kamusta! 😉
“Matthew 6:7-8 7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.”
St Mary Mackillop is Australia’s first Saint who lived, died and buried here. Visit their site here.
Enjoy your weekend guys!
